about

Mamallapuram is a small town, south of Chennai, in the Kancheepuram district of Tamil Nadu in India. Due to a severe stomach illness, arising from a visit to a Mexican restaurant in Chennai, we attempted to cut our visit to India and Sri Lanka short, but there was no room on the flight. So, tired and battered, but still in love (of course), we recuperated in Mamallapuram and lived on freshly caught fish with garlic and french fries from a frenchman in a shack, just down the road.
